“OLIMP” is one of the largest wineries in Russia, which is one of the top three producers of Kuban wines.

Today the OLIMP plant is:

• More than 1250 hectares of own vineyards;
  Own quality laboratory at the plant and quality control at all stages of
  production;
• Modern production technologies;
• Productivity – more than 20,000,000 liters of still wines per year.

The vineyards of the plant are located on the agricultural site of the Krasnodar Territory AF “Rodina”. Kuban is a unique natural region. In
the 1870s, it was proved that the climate of the area near Novorossiysk is almost identical to the climate of French Champagne. “Kuban wine” is a brand recognized not only in Russia, but far beyond its borders.
Currently, out of 1250 hectares, 350 hectares are occupied by fruitbearing vineyards and 950 hectares of fertile land are being prepared for planting autochthonous and classic grapevine varieties from the best nurseries of the Old World, the Krasnodar Territory and the Crimean Peninsula. It is planned to develop 300 hectares annually.

In 2018, OLIMP received a license to bottle wine with a protected geographical indication of the region (PGI) from grapes harvested in its own vineyards.
The enterprise also has an international certificate “Food Safety Management System” (FSMS), certified by the Certification Association “Russian Register” for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 22000:2005″
